1. Overview

AnxietyPulse ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

Your entries are stored on your device. Optional PostHog analytics sends usage events and grouped changes in anxiety after exercises. You can change your choice in Settings; purchases are processed separately by Apple, Google and RevenueCat.

2. Data Collection

Check-ins, journal entries and attachments are stored locally. This does not mean that no data leaves the device: optional analytics and purchase services process the information described below.

With your permission, AnxietyPulse can read health signals from Apple Health or Health Connect (such as sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, activity, and mindful minutes) to show how your body relates to anxious moments, and can write your check-ins back as mood entries. This health data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for:

  • Analytics: With analytics enabled, PostHog receives screen views and interaction events, including check-in counts, exercise categories and grouped changes in anxiety after exercises. Events use a pseudonymous identifier linked to the RevenueCat app-user ID; they are not fully anonymous. Product events are queued locally before consent and sent if you accept; declining clears the queue. You can disable analytics in Settings. Session replay is disabled. Journal text, photos and audio attachments are not included in these events.
  • RevenueCat: RevenueCat processes app-user identifiers, purchase history and subscription status to manage purchases. Apple and Google also process transactions. RevenueCat
  • Umami: This website uses Umami Cloud for page-view analytics, separately from the app’s analytics setting. The browser sends page and referrer information and browser/device metadata to Umami. The site also stores your language preference in a NEXT_LOCALE cookie. Umami

Purchase & Subscription Data (GDPR)

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google and RevenueCat. You can manage subscriptions through your store account. Disabling optional analytics does not stop the processing needed to manage purchases. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy for details about its processing.

4. Data Retention

You can manage local records and exported copies yourself. Removing the app does not delete records already held by analytics or purchase providers. For questions about access or deletion, contact contacts@trifoiltrailblazer.com.
